In Shwe Yin Ma village, located in Myinmu Township, Sagaing Region, six homes were reported destroyed due to an arson attack by the military, according to the Myinmu Township News Coordination Committee.
On November 3, around 9 a.m., the military entered Shwe Yin Ma village, attacking civilian properties and subsequently setting fire to six homes in the village around 5 p.m.
A representative from the Myinmu Township News Coordination Committee stated, “The military set fire to Shwe Yin Ma village, destroying six homes, while 11 other houses suffered damage from the attacks. Currently, the military is located between Twin Gyi and Kway Pin Taw villages.”
After the destruction in Shwe Yin Ma village, the military reportedly entered Taung Chaung U village around 7:45 p.m. and took shelter in the local school and monastery. On November 4, at approximately 8:30 a.m., they exited the forest between Taung Chaung U and Gyu villages, launching another incursion into Kone village around noon and reportedly left via the forest path around 4:30 p.m.
Currently, it is known that the military is located between Twin Gyi and Kway Pin Taw villages.
