United Nations Special Envoy for Myanmar Human Rights, Tom Andrews, met with U Yan Naing Htun, the representative of Myanmar’s National Unity Government (NUG) to South Korea. The meeting was part of Andrews’ five-day visit to South Korea aimed at discussing Myanmar’s ongoing situation. According to the NUG’s South Korea office, Andrews also met with the Myanmar community residing in South Korea during his trip.
