In Salin Gyi Township, Sagaing Region, armed militants from Wan Paung Company have been conducting operations in local villages, causing residents to flee for safety, according to local sources. This morning, around 8:30 a.m., approximately 50 soldiers from the militant regime, fully armed, moved towards Moekyo Pin village, creating a tense atmosphere for the people living in the area.
The militant troops reached close to Moekyo Pin village but did not enter it; instead, they circled back towards the Ban Ka 3 gate of Wan Paung Company after patrolling the road connecting Mon Hlaing and Putheita.
