In Naungcho town, Shan State, an airstrike carried out by the military junta has resulted in four civilian injuries, according to the TNLA.
On the evening of November 13, 2024, at approximately 6:30 PM, junta forces targeted the western side of the court and police station in Naungcho with two 300-pound bombs. The attack caused injuries to four individuals, and in addition to the courthouse, three houses and several vehicles were damaged.
On November 12, 2024, the junta also bombed a popular tea shop in the Naungcho market frequented by travelers, killing 11 people and injuring another 11. In addition to the casualties, 14 homes, 13 shopfronts, and a total of seven vehicles, including passenger cars, were destroyed in the attack.
