The Myanmar military, in collaboration with the PNA militia, launched drone and artillery attacks on two villages in Nyaung Shwe Township, Shan State. The assault injured one civilian and caused residential homes to burn down, according to a representative from the Inle Region Human Rights Group.

The attacks took place on February 13, around 6:00 PM and again at approximately 11:20 PM, targeting Taung Po Kwe Village. The military and PNA forces indiscriminately fired artillery shells into the village, wounding a 30-year-old villager in the hand and setting one house ablaze.

Similarly, on the same day at 11:30 AM, Baw Yar Taung Village came under attack. Despite no clashes occurring in the area, the military and PNA forces launched six drone strikes, dropping bombs on the village. Two houses were severely damaged in the attack.
