In Yangon, at the iconic Shwedagon Pagoda’s eastern entrance, demonstrators chanted “We are never afraid” and emphasized that “there is no alternative to revolution,” as the Yangon Revolution Force (YRF) led the gathering by singing the anthem “Bella Ciao.” The youth in the revolution called for more effective actions from the National Unity Government (NUG) and the National Union Consultative Council (NUCC), urging these organizations to diligently fulfill their revolutionary duties without delay.
During today’s event, various youth groups committed to the cause, including the Yangon Revolution Force (Soft Strike Community), Yangon’s Rebels Strike Committee (YRSC), Revolution Force (RF), Yankin Protests, the Student Union of Dagon Township, and the Puzun Taung Youth Strike Committee (PBYSC), among others, actively participated in the demonstration.
