Hounhtike Village in Hounwa Village Tract, Ramree Township, under the control of the Arakan Army (AA), was bombed by a junta jet on the night of January 23, at around 11:00 PM. The attack resulted in the death of one innocent civilian and injuries to two others.
The bombing caused severe destruction to the local monastery and school in Hounhtike Village. One male civilian lost his life, and two others sustained injuries due to the airstrike.
