Three civilians were killed in an airstrike carried out by the military near Thinzar Rice Mill in Letpanhla Village, Singu Township, Mandalay Region, according to Ko Thanmani, the spokesperson for the township’s People’s Defense Force (PDF).
The attack took place on the evening of March 17 at around 6:45 p.m., when a military jet fighter dropped bombs near a stream embankment close to the rice mill.
As a result of the airstrike, three civilians lost their lives, while six others sustained injuries, sources confirmed.
