One civilian killed in junta airstrike on Bahin village, Mying township

Local sources reported that an airstrike by the military on Bahin village in Mying township, Magway Region, killed one civilian.

At approximately 4:44 PM on July 2, the military dropped one 500-pound bomb from a jet fighter over Bahin village.

The airstrike resulted in one civilian death and three others wounded. Among the injured, one person suffered severe injuries, including the loss of an arm.

“The military dropped a 500-pound bomb by airstrike on Bahin village, killing one person. One victim lost an arm and sustained serious wounds. Two more civilians were injured,” a local resident said.
