In Makoan Village, Wetlet Township, Sagaing Region, military forces have conducted bombings and arson on civilian homes, resulting in the killing of one civilian, according to local sources.
On June 14 at approximately 10 AM, the military attacked Makoan Village from five different locations, setting fires and launching grenades to destroy homes. Reports indicate that one local resident was killed during these attacks.
Yesterday, a fierce battle occurred near Makoan Village between the armed forces and local defense forces. The military targeted Makoan Village with two helicopters, while soldiers entered the village to launch grenades into homes and set properties on fire, leading to widespread destruction across the area.
