In Mandalay Region, the TNLA has launched an attack on the military junta’s Shwe Myat Wun camp in Moekok, stating that intense fighting continues in Moekok, Nyaungcho, and Moemait on the sixth day of their offensive. Reports indicate that around 5 AM on June 30, TNLA forces initiated an attack on the junta’s Shwe Myat Wun camp in Moekok, successfully seizing it by approximately 4 PM. Additionally, clashes erupted at the Shwe Leipyar camp due to attacks from the military junta’s side.
Fighting occurred in the Shwe Thawya area of Moekok from around 2:25 PM to 4:30 PM, during which the junta forces utilized 14 heavy weapons, while TNLA, PDF (Moekok Brigade), MOD-PDF (513), and Moekok People’s Defense Forces engaged in combat with junta troops.
Furthermore, TNLA, PLA, and MOD-PDF joint forces reportedly attacked and seized the junta’s Kinh Chan camp in Moemait around 7:53 PM. In Nyaungcho, TNLA, DPLA, and MDY-PDF coordinated an attack on the junta’s 606 battalion camp around 4:14 PM today. It was also noted that on June 29, the junta launched two bombs with an MI-25 helicopter on the 606 battalion camp in Nyaungcho around 10:25 PM.
