As part of the global second wave of Myanmar’s Spring Revolution, protesters in Japan marched today, May 8, demanding an end to the military’s blood-stained revenue streams. They called on the U.S. government to impose sanctions on the Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE) and expressed solidarity with Myanmar’s democratic movement, as well as with Ukraine.
