In Kyauk Myaung Township, Sagaing Region, the Myanmar military raided Ti Pin village for two consecutive days, capturing and executing two civilians and four PDF members, according to a representative from the Who am I_Army. On the afternoon of December 27, around 3 p.m., the military, using three FAW vehicles, stormed the village, firing guns as they entered. They began burning more than 120 civilian homes, continuing the destruction until December 28. During the raid, two civilians and four members of the People’s Defense Force (PDF) were captured and executed.
“On January 1, around 2:15 p.m., our troops entered Ti Pin village in Kyauk Myaung Township, where the military had burned around 120 homes. We found the bodies of two civilians and four PDF members. The military raided the village twice. On the first day, not many homes were burned, but the second raid caused more destruction. They captured a local informant, who led them to homes, and these homes were set on fire,” said a representative from the Who am I_Army.
