TNLA-led resistance forces have fully captured Mongmit Township in northern Shan State, according to the spokesperson for the TNLA’s information and communication department. The military campaign to take control of Mongmit began on June 25, and after 36 days of fighting, the last strategic hill in Mongmit was seized at around 11 a.m. today.
