Four Civilians Killed in Junta Airstrike on Sinku (North) Village, Including Infant and Elderly

A junta airstrike on Sinku (North) Village in Wetlet Township, Sagaing Region, killed four civilians, including a six-month-old infant and two elderly individuals, according to Eagle Guerrilla Force Battalion 15.

The attack occurred at 10:30 PM on March 16, despite the absence of active fighting in the area. A fighter jet from the junta’s Tada-U Air Force Base carried out two bombing runs on the village.

The victims included a six-month-old baby, an 85-year-old woman, an 82-year-old man, and a woman in her 30s. Seven others sustained injuries in the attack.
