The 77th birthday celebration of Aung San Suu Kyi, a prominent leader of the people, took place in Daegu, South Korea, on June 19. The event was led by the Daegu Buddhist community. During the ceremony, blessings were offered for Aung San Suu Kyi’s health and well-being, along with prayers for the release of political prisoners, the restoration of democracy, and the protection of heroes who have been unjustly killed during military oppression.
