A ring donated by a refugee was successfully auctioned for $5,400 at a revolutionary fundraiser film screening held in San Francisco, USA, according to sources.

On May 19, a revolutionary film screening titled “Flowers of Courage and Love” took place in San Francisco. During the event, various revolutionary memorabilia were auctioned alongside the film screening. Among the items was a water bottle signed by artists from Artists’ Shelter, which sold for $1,000, and a hoodie, which fetched $1,200.

Additionally, a ring donated by a refugee from the Yinmarbin region was auctioned, starting at $500, and eventually sold for $5,400. The buyer, inspired by Aung San Suu Kyi’s residence number 54, made the winning bid in tribute to her.
