In a devastating airstrike, the military attacked Thandwe City in Rakhine State around 8 a.m. on September 26, resulting in the deaths of at least 13 civilians, including women and children, and injuring over 23 others.
The military regime targeted residential areas surrounding the city hall and the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, bombing homes from the air. Significant damage to properties was reported, alongside a high number of casualties.
