In Inle Gyi Village, Kanbalu Township of Sagaing Region, the brutal military forces have conducted a drone strike, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, including two children, while eight others were injured, according to a spokesperson from the Kyan Hla activist group.
The incident occurred on October 12 at approximately 1:30 AM when the military forces and allied militias launched three drone bombs targeting civilian homes in Inle Gyi Village. Among the deceased were 30-year-old Ma Phyu Win, 4-year-old Ma Thet Thet Phyu, and 10-year-old Ma Nyaim Aye Zan. Additionally, it was reported that at around 2 AM on the same day, further drone bombings were carried out on civilian homes in the village.
The military unit responsible for the drone strikes had departed from the Kanbalu 6006 base with about 70 troops on October 11. This military group has reportedly refrained from conducting ground assaults and instead engaged in looting livestock and other properties while indiscriminately bombing villages inhabited by civilians.
In the month of September, it was reported that six innocent civilians were killed due to drone strikes conducted by the brutal military forces in Kanbalu Township, as revealed by the Kyan Hla activist group.
