In London, England, a birthday celebration for National Advisor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and a fundraising sale for the revolution were held on June 22. The event saw attendance from representatives of the National Unity Government, including Minister of Education Dr. Sassara and Minister of Commerce and Trade Daw Khin Ma Ma Myo. Additionally, Mr. Paul Scully from the UK Conservative Party and UK NUG representatives were present, mingling with the Burmese community.
Moreover, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s son, Kim, delivered a video message commemorating her birthday. The fundraising event successfully raised over £43,000.
