In the early morning hours today, military aircraft from the junta conducted airstrikes in Naungmon Township, northern Shan State, injuring a civilian. The MNDAA reported that a man suffered a severe injury resulting in the amputation of his left foot.
Between 2:30 a.m. and 2:50 a.m. on September 28, the military launched more than ten small bombs in the region, specifically targeting areas around the Thalwin River in the Tai Ni district of Naungmon. The bombings caused destruction to homes and roads in the vicinity.
The MNDAA indicated that military forces have continuously bombarded regions under their control for the past month, resulting in the deaths of three civilians due to airstrikes.
